"Gifts that actually feel good to buy"
I’ve ordered from serrv a few times now, and I just like knowing that what I’m buying is fairly sourced and supports smaller makers. The shipping has been fine, not super quick or anything, but totally okay. The handmade items just feel more personal, more thoughtful, than something I’d grab from a regular store. I’m happy to support what they’re doing, it makes gift shopping feel a little better too.

"So many unusual finds"
I stopped in last week, or maybe it was the week before, I can’t remember, but I was surprised by how many unique things they had. I found a few gifts I don’t usually see anywhere else, which made browsing really fun.

"looks handmade, but feels a bit flimsy"
it definitely has that handmade look, which i liked at first, but the craftsmanship feels kind of rough. it just doesn’t seem super sturdy overall.

"Showed up sooner than I thought"
I was expecting to wait longer, so I was happy when it got here fast. No problems with the shipping on my end.

"Support was a little slow"
Waiting. That was basically my main issue. Customer service did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I expected. Frustrating. Once they replied, things were okay, but the wait could definitely be better.
